Blue Dragon
The Blue Dragon is the protagonist of the 1995 video game Panzer Dragoon and its 2020 remake. The Blue Dragon is a continuation of the heresy dragon.

In Panzer Dragoon, the Blue Dragon fights the Prototype Dragon alongside his rider. Unfortunately, his rider is killed in combat, and before passing away, he requests Kyle Fluge to stop the Prototype Dragon. Kyle does so and together the two fly after the Prototype Dragon to avoid it from reaching the Tower.
The Blue Dragon also appears as a playable character in Panzer Dragoon Mini and can be seen in the Panzer Dragoon course from Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Panzer Dragoon (OVA)[]
The Blue Dragon, named Blau in the animation, is similar to his game counterpart, but instead of his original rider, it is the dragon that has telepathic powers, being able to talk with Kyle.
Archie Comics[]
The Blue Dragon appears in the crossover Worlds Unite, where it and Kyle defeat Gigabolt Man-O-War and Burn Dinorex and help Rotor the Walrus and Bubble Man destroy the Unity Engine set in the Drowned Ruins.
